Do not recommend this place at all! My mom got a pedicure here yesterday and the lady cut her toe really bad. We have been treating it but it is now swollen and very painful. The lady didn’t speak English and didn’t understand my mom didn’t want to continue with the service. She was charged full price, no refund or apology. Will not be coming here again.

Men feel as they cheat on their barber when they are out of town and desperate for a hair cut. Well, I feel the same when I go to a different nail salon. Last year work in WA and this year in PA state. I waited with my rachet nails needing a fill till I drive 1,389 miles for this place. Loyal period! The first time I went I got a pedicure and my toe was nicked pretty good. I left a review and to my surprise the owner reached out to me, not once but multiple times to make things right! That made me very happy. I didn't take him up on his offers because my schedule is very tight and limited. But I went back 3 days ago and got my nails done. I was very very pleased. They were very nice and greet you when you enter, the owners wife was very sweet and she helped me pick out what color, last time I got my nails done was in 2012. So I had no clue which was gel, what's what. Things like that. I got gel nails, it's a very pretty color and it's still perfect. I'm very rough with my nails so I'm surprised. My nail tech was super friendly, I would've done the pedicure to match but I had to go run errands. I loves how she filed and cut my nails down after showing me they were breaking at the tip, I was very pleased she brought that to my attention and convinced me to go shorter then when I go back she can shape my nails once they're longer and stronger 😊 thank you 24/7 nails! See you in a few weeks!

I went here for the first time yesterday and I will not go anywhere else! I walked in and they were busy! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I signed in and sat down to wait my turn. After about 5 minutes a lady comes to get me for my pedicure. I sit down and she asks if I would like something to drink. She took her time and was a really nice lady. I then went to the drier for my toes to dry. After a few minutes another lady came and got me to do my nails. I sat down my nails were really grown out and I didn't like them. (they were uneven, to long, some were thick some were thin) She fixed them with out me having to say anything all I had to ask her was to cut them a lot shorter then what they were. She finished them and I loved them!! They seemed to know most of the people that walked in. Everyone in there was really nice. Having conversations, joking, laughing, it was a great environment!

First time here and I have to say... WOW, just WOW. Hands down the best nails Ive ever had. Not only that but the staff and customer service is amazing. I am so glad I decided to randomly stop here. Even though I dont reside in Baytown and I will coming here for my nail needs. UPDATE** love this place. Have been coming here at least two years for pedicures. I come all the way from Kingwood. The pearl pedicure is the best. You won't regret it. Best pedicure in town.
